I learned the hard way that ignoring your wellbeing is a slow walk to hell. I also learned that it doesn't have to be this way. I woke up one day and thought, "enough is enough". I learned how to take back my power to feel good and built the life I wanted, instead of the one that felt like it was just happening to me. In the process, I found a passion for personal development and became a certified life coach.Now, I'm committed to helping others figure out how to take care of their wellbeing, and provide them support, resources, and coaching to Grow Their Joy.

FAQs
When are the live sessions?
Live sessions will be held every Wednesday beginning at 6 pm. Most sessions will last around 90 minutes.
Will the live sessions be recorded?
Yes! All sessions will be recorded and available in the Learning Lounge 24-hours after the live session.
When will bonus sessions be held?
Can I cancel?
Bonus sessions will be announced in advance and recorded for later access. Sessions will be scheduled based on guest presenter availability.
I hope you won’t, but you may cancel up to 24-hours before your renewal date and you will not be charged for additional month(s).
